Mark Angus is a Wellington-based delivery consultant with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations get complex work done - across property, infrastructure, and technology.

He is as comfortable shaping a plan with leadership as he is rolling up his sleeves to deliver it. His work sits at the intersection of property, assets, and technology - improving asset performance, implementing systems, and coordinating delivery across sites, teams, and vendors. He is experienced in managing complex delivery environments and works confidently across a wide range of project management frameworks, systems, and tools - allowing him to adapt quickly and bring clarity, control, and momentum to delivery.

  • Directed technical approvals aligning system design, network requirements, and test environments across all vendors
  • Managed cross-agency governance, risk reporting to programme board, and procurement compliance under compressed timelines

Strategic Asset & Technology Planning

  • Implemented national Asset Management Strategy across a large commercial property portfolio, driving operational improvements
  • Designed and piloted an in-house technology solution for asset management, collaborating with ICT vendors on the rollout roadmap
  • Overhauled building compliance processes and established a new Technical Services Manager role to govern property risk
